- Answer questions about your HSA/FSA and your health.

Complete checkout through Truemed
- If you pay with a credit/debit card, you can reimburse yourself with HSA/FSA funds after checking out.

Receive your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)
- A licensed medical provider will review your responses, and Truemed will send you an LMN if you qualify. If you do not qualify, you may cancel your order at any time prior to delivery.
